Licensed naturopathic physician with over 18 years of clinical and educational experience, based in Eugene, Oregon. Catherine is the founder and chair of the Quantum Biology Health Institute and author of Optimize, covering structured water, biophotons, bioelectricity, fascia, circadian biology, forest bathing, earthing, coherence, and the microbiome.
